1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, for any reason. No questions asked, and no need to explain why.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.
- Send it from the email address you used at checkout, so we can find your purchase.
- That’s it. We will confirm by email once your refund has been issued.
3. When You’ll Get Your Money
We process refund requests as soon as we receive them. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account.
4. What Happens to Your Account
- Once the refund is issued, your access to NiceResume ends and you can no longer sign in to the app.
- Download any resumes you want to keep as PDFs before requesting your refund.
- Your resumes are not deleted automatically. If you want your account and resumes deleted, just say so in your email. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. After 7 Days
Purchases are not refundable after the 7-day period, except where the law of your country requires otherwise or as described in our Terms of Service.
6. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please email us first: the guarantee is faster for you than a chargeback through your bank. We may suspend your access while a chargeback is being reviewed.
